Standard Hours

This state of the art dining hall brings new options to IUP. Featuring a large international station with traditional cooking styles including a tandoori oven, sushi and traditional oriental wok set. An open pit barbeque, deli, vegan & vegetarian, comfort foods, bakery, salad bar, crepe station and homemade gelato complete the lineup.

Featuring a variety of seating options including an outdoor area, living room and media wall this all you care to eat dining hall is right in the heart of campus.

Made Without Gluten
Selections made with ingredients that do not contain gluten. IMPORTANT: Foods prepared without gluten containing ingredients may not be ‘gluten-free’ since recipes are prepared in open kitchens where cross-contact is possible. Aramark relies on its manufacturers’ ingredient listings in determining whether an ingredient contains gluten.
Plant Forward
A style of cooking and eating emphasizing healthy plants at the center of the plate. May contain a proportionally small quantity of animal protein.
